DESCRIPTION
Description:
The length of the in-person training session will be a maximum of 3 hours. The intent is to train the EHS team on up–to–date investigation processes and procedures. This 3-hour session will serve as a refresher course and will aim to cover:
• The Basics around Incidents and Investigation
• Investigation Methodologies
• Industry Best Practices
• Incident overviews and examples
• Platform/Technology tracking efficiencies
• Roles and Responsibilities
Maximum attendees: 25
Each attendee will receive a electronic booklet, with the presentation materials included.
Investment
The fees for the above services will be $3,000 plus travel related expenses (estimated at $1,000). Additional travel above $1,000 will be billed after delivery.
For domestic air travel, DEKRA personnel will purchase coach class tickets. For international travel, DEKRA personnel will travel the least expensive available business class.
All money amounts are in US currency.
Invoicing:
• 100% upon delivery
NOTE: The first invoice will be issued within seven days of signing, payable net 30. If Qualcomm Inc. requires a Purchase Order (P.O.), the P.O. needs to be issued to DEKRA Services, Inc. within that seven-day period in order for the P.O. number to be incorporated into the invoice.
Rescheduling and Cancellation of Services:
Client Name may reschedule or cancel confirmed consulting visit dates at no additional charge by notifying DEKRA of the requested change at least one week before the scheduled visit. If Client Name reschedules on less than one week’s notice and DEKRA is not able to utilize the rescheduled consultants with a different client, Client Name agrees to pay DEKRA a rescheduling fee of $1,600.
