  1. High Voltage Components - Dive into the intricacies of high voltage components used in electric vehicles like battery types, capacitors, power electronics, and safety measures for handling these components. 

  1. EV and HV Risks and Safety - Comprehensive knowledge of the risks and safety measures associated with damaged EVs such as electric shock, fires, explosions, arc flashes, and preventive measures, explaining safety measures necessary for EVs to equip individuals with the necessary information to work safely in and around EV environments. 

  1. Safety Standards and Regulations - Explore the legal and regulatory framework for electrical safety, emphasizing OSHA requirements and NFPA standards with application of the importance of these standards and how to implement them. 

  1. Thermal Runaway - Comprehensive understanding of thermal runaway in lithium-ion batteries, including causes, consequences, and prevention strategies. Participants will learn how to identify thermal runaway signs and respond appropriately. 

  1. Handling Damaged EVs - Safety protocols for handling damaged equipment, particularly batteries, and how to identify battery issues, store damaged equipment safely, and respond to emergencies.
